Here you will find a guide to our pricing for the various services we offer. If a first time customer; you can pay directly for your chosen packages from here, after that; as an existing customer, you will be invoiced on a scheduled basis.

Service Fees

On-Site Service: On-Site service is billed in 1/2 hour increments and is subject to additional taxes and/or fees.		$85 /hr
Off-Site Service: Off-Site service is billed in 1/2 hour increments and is subject to additional taxes and/or fees.		$45 /hr
Website Development: Service rates for website development vary greatly depending on the type, size, and complexity of the website desired. Please contact us for a price estimate.		Call / Email

Website Hosting: There are 3 base monthly plans available, but if you require more resources, please contact us for a custom plan price estimate.		Base Plan Fees
Emergency Response: Avalon Media Lab can respond to any technical problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service that requires immediate attention or falls outside normal business hours is subject to an emergency response fee* in addition to the relevant hourly service rate*. Social Media Packages

Avalon Media Lab can assist you in developing a custom strategic marketing campaign that leverages social media solutions on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs and other social community sites to achieve your marketing goals. Our services include consulting, training, tech set-up and social profile management.

Consulting & Social Media SetUp

	Evaluation - $197 We begin by evaluating your current online presence including your website, traffic drivers, usage of social media, video marketing and your email opt-in choices, giving you honest feedback and recommendations. A one-on-one guidance to help you become more efficient online and help you maximize results!
	Technical Setup - $297 We help you with setup of up to three online profiles of your choice, show you how they work and if needed, network each profile together with your blog or website. Our team implements recommendations and feedback from the evaluation process. Client to supply all graphics, images and video. Profile choices: - Twitter - LinkedIn - YouTube - Facebook personal profile Optional add-on: (see below) Professional Facebook Fan page with 1 custom tab
	Blog Set-Up — $697.00 We will set up and customize your blog from scratch using WordPress; self-hosted at your web host. Client to supply all graphics, images and video. Client to provide content.
	Facebook Fan page with 1 custom tab - $147.00 We will set up your Facebook Fan Page with one custom tab. Client to supply all graphics, images and video. Graphic design not included in Tech Setup packages. If you need graphics, please contact us for a quote.

Monthly Maintenance - Monthly Maintenance Packages are minimum 3 months

Monthly Social Profile Management

We can help you manage your social profiles and online presence to ensure you effectively engage with your audience and get the maximum value from social media. Our monthly management packages entail a start-up fee of $250 that includes a custom online audit and social media plan. And we offer a one-time $75 discount off any tech set-up package when you sign up for a monthly package!

Entry-level Package - $450/month

* Basic Monthly Maintenance package that will provide you with up to 2 auto status updates/day on 2 networks (client to provide content)
* Get rid of unwanted SPAM
* Accept "friend requests" and "follows" on 2 networks
* Basic profile management on 2 networks

Mid-level Package - $1,000/ month

Intermediate monthly social media management package includes the features of the Entry-level package on 3 networks plus strategic consulting.

* up to 4 status updates/day on 3 online networks (client to provide content guidance)

* audience building on 3 online networks

Deluxe Package - $2500 & up/ month

This comprehensive monthly social media management package is designed for corporations or for clients with an established, large social media presence. Our team works closely with your marketing department to manage your online social media world.

Features include: strategic consulting, campaign creation, audience engagement, audience building, reputation management, content creation and distribution, customer service, blog management and more!

Virtual Assistant Fees

Pay As You Go:

Minimum 4 hours.

$50 /hr

10 Hour Block:

Package of up to 10 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

$30 /hr

20 Hour Block:

Package of up to 20 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

$25 /hr

50 Hour Block:

Package of up to 50 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

$20 /hr

100 Hour Block:

Package of up to 100 hours with no additional taxes and/or fees. Buy hours in bulk to receive discount rate.

Unused time will remain as a credit on your account for future use. There are no cash refunds. Tasks are completed within 2-3 business days. Urgent requests that need 'same day' or 'within 24 hours'; will incur an additional, 'rush delivery' fee of $75 for what is considered an 'extra mile' service.
